SHIPPING POLICY

At 009 Visions, every order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive quality products. Thank you for supporting our brand.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, restocks, holidays, or high-volume sales.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains pre-order items, please allow the estimated production time stated on the product page before your order ships.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times: 

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days (when available)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

009 Visions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

009 Visions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping information.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs office.

009 Visions is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
